Kuorbit Booking Texts (SMS)

What this program is
Kuorbit LLC runs the Kuorbit booking app and book.kuorbit.com, where customers book appointments with barbershops. When you book, you can choose to get two text messages from Kuorbit about that booking: a confirmation right after you book and a reminder the day before. We send no marketing texts.
How you opt in
On the last step of booking, in the Kuorbit app and on a shop’s book.kuorbit.com page, there is an optional checkbox right below the phone number field. It is unticked by default, and you can book without ticking it. Only bookings where the box is ticked get texts, and we record the time you agreed.

What we send
Up to 2 messages per booking. Bracketed parts change with each booking:
- Kuorbit: You're booked at [shop name] on [Wed, Nov 4] at [3:00 PM]. We'll text a reminder the day before. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
- Kuorbit: Reminder, your appointment at [shop name] is [Wed, Nov 4] at [3:00 PM]. To change it, contact the shop. Reply STOP to opt out.
Stopping texts and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You’ll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to join again.
- Reply HELP for help, or email kuorbitdesigns@gmail.com.
- Message and data rates may apply. Kuorbit does not charge for these texts.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, apart from the messaging provider and carriers that deliver the texts. Read the full program terms and privacy policy.
